Terms of service

Okite is an independent clothing label. These terms cover your use of okite.store and anything you buy from it. Ordering means you accept them. Questions go to okitestore@gmail.com.

Who can order

You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian place the order for you. We currently ship to the United States only.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we email your confirmation, and we can decline an order before then. If a price or a product detail is wrong because of a genuine error, we will contact you and either honour it, or cancel and refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping and sales tax, which are added at checkout. Payment is taken at checkout by our payment provider. We never see or store your card details. Prices can change, but never after you have ordered.

Making and shipping your order

Every piece is made after you order. Production and delivery times are in our shipping policy. Those are estimates from our maker, and customs or carrier delays are outside our control.

How the garments come out

Each piece is made individually, so small differences in print position and finish are normal and are not faults. Screens vary, so colours may not match your display exactly. Measurements on each product page are the accurate guide to fit.

Returns

Set out in full in our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

Our designs

The Okite name, the drawn wordmark, the eye artwork, and every graphic on the garments belong to us. Buying a garment does not transfer any rights in the artwork. Do not copy or resell our designs, and do not use our imagery commercially without permission.

Using this site

Use it lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt it, overload it, or gain unauthorised access to it, and do not scrape it to rebuild the catalogue elsewhere.

Liability

We stand behind the garments we sell, and our refund policy is how we put things right. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you order is the one that applies to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hawaii, USA, and any dispute will be handled by the courts there.
